Philippines: On Center Stage this RWC 2008
For two seasons, the Philippine Ragnarok Team left its homeland to battle it out among other countries to claim the title of Ragnarok World Champion. The first ever champion was Korea, and on the second season it was claimed by Germany. This year, would it be a sign of victory for our delegates to grab the title as RWC Champions for 2008?
The massive event will take place in the World Trade Center on October 18-19, 2008 as part of the major activities in the yearly convention of Level Up! Gamers which is Level Up Live. This year its theme is Rise of the Gaming Gods which is pretty much in sync with what is about to happen. Hardcore gamers of the first ever Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game to hit the Philippine shores will gather to settle the score and claim flawless victory.
Now what is on the line. Ragnarok Online is on its fifth year in the Philippines and the highest rank we got in the past two seasons of RWC was 3rd place after Korea and Germany. The pressure is quite high because of the ever changing strategies and schemes, and we are in for a ride to victory and tracking if our delegates this year will be able to nail it.
