Magic Path Skills
We will be discussing the magical skills here which are categorized into three elements: Fire, Wind and Water.
Ninja Mastery
Max Level: 10
Recommended Level: 10
Requirement: n/a
This is basically Increase SP Recovery for Ninjas.
Ninja Aura
Max Level: 5
Recommended Level: 5
Requirement: Lv5 Ninja Mastery
A special aura that gives Strength and Intelligence boost, essentially vital for Magic Ninjas.
Flaming Petals
Max Level: 10
Recommended Level: 5
Requirement: Lv1 Ninja Mastery
Flaming Petals is the Ninja’s version of Fire Bolt as it inflicts fiery flower like explosions on the target. It takes a while to cast though and it is considered to be the slowest execution skills in the magic category.
Blaze Shield
Max Level: 10
Recommended Level: 10
Requirement: Lv5 Flaming Petals
Blaze Shield creates a 5×5 barrier around the caster to inflict damage to anything that attempts to come close. Each cell can inflict multiple damage though it does not have a knock back feature unlike Firewall. It consumes one Flame Stone per skill use. Despite its limitations it can still be an effective damage inflicting tactic when placed properly.
Exploding Dragon
Max Level: 5
Recommended Level: 5
Requirement: Lv7 Blaze Shield, 10 Ninja Mastery
A targeted spell that inflicts 900% Matk to the target in three hits [three hits of 300% Fire Property Damage]. What’s good about the skill is that even though it is targeted, it can still inflict damage to the 5×5 area in which the target is in. Consumes 1 Flame Stone per skill use.
Freezing Spear
Max Level: 10
Recommended Level: 5
Requirement: Lv1 Ninja Mastery
Freezing Spear is one of the most lethal skills in the magic tier. Not because of the damage it can inflict, but it can actually disable a target much stronger than the Ninja’s size and capabilities because of one thing- it is extremely spammable on its low levels. It inflicts three icicles at Lv1 and about twelve at Lv10 making it the Water counterpart of Jupitel Thunder. Its capability of chaining the skill makes it an indispensable skill whatever path you take as a Ninja.
Watery Evasion
Max Level: 10
Recommended Level: Scratch it or Max it
Requirement: Lv5 Freezing Spear
Watery Evasion is your Deluge that can inflict negative effects on opposing targets and may even bug off the Alchemical Homunculus. On the positive note it can be a cell for Water Ball and a defensive pool to reduce Agility of everyone in the area of effect. Requires 1 Ice Stone per skill use.
Snow Flake Draft
Max Level: 5
Recommended Level: Scratch it or Max it
Requirement: Lv7 Watery Evasion, Lv10 Ninja Mastery
Snow Flake Draft is probably one of the coolest skills of the Ninja before I was able to use it by myself. About three times damage of Matk, relatively fast execution time and Titanic effect. What’s wrong? Its AoE is only limited to everyone around the Ninja [7×7 cells] which should be better if it was selective because it can only hit once.
Wind Blade
Max Level: 10
Recommended Level: 5
Requirement: Lv1 Ninja Mastery
Wind Blade looks like Esma on green. It inflicts Wind damages to a target. Nothing really spectacular about this skill, but it is a very important requirement of other more powerful Wind skills.
Lightning Jolt
Max Level: 5
Recommended Level: 5
Requirement: Lv5 Wind Blade
Lightning Jolt can only hit once in as much as 9×9 area of effect around the Ninja. It is a very effective disabler on tight maps and areas in Agits. It has a very good visual effect as well. If you will be able to chain this you could achieve much higher combo damage.
First Wind
Max Level: 5
Recommended Level: 5
Requirement: Lv5 Lightnight Jolt, Lv10 Ninja Mastery
Honestly a quite underpowered ultimate element skill for the Wind Category. It hits once for 600% Matk, but it can damage everyone on its path [just like Sharpshooting of Snipers] so it can still hurt a bit. A very good combo with Exploding Dragon and Freezing Spear as long as you are aware of the after-cast delays.
Defensive Skills
Flip Tatami
Max Level: 5
Recommended Level: 4-5
Requirement: n/a
Enables the Ninja to actually block ranged attacks when timed properly. One of the foundations of their defensive skills.
Shadow Leap
Max Level: 5
Recommended Level: 5
Requirement: Lv1 Flip Tatami
While this really sounds useful, it is really useful if you can afford to buy a Hiding Clip and keep it stuck in one of your accessory slots. But other than that, get this for pre-requisite purposes only.
Cicada Skin Shed
Max Level: 5
Recommended Level: 5
Requirement: Lv5 Shadow Leap
Don’t get this if you have an Inner Kamikaze, period. This will save your life 90% of the time as it completely negates an attack and back-slides you from harm.
